Instructions:

  3. Knead the Dough:

    • Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    • Cover the dough with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest for about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Shape the Tortillas:

    • Divide the dough into equal portions (about 6-8 small balls, depending on the size you prefer).

    • Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a thin tortilla, about 6-8 inches in diameter. If the dough sticks to the surface, lightly dust it with quinoa flour.

  5. Cook the Tortillas:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Once hot, place one tortilla in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and slightly puffed.

    • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

  6. Serve:
